What Are Profiles? |

Profiles describe yourself, provide information about yourself, and give opportunity to promote yourself generally. But please remember, your profile is made public to other users, so do NOT include anything in your profile that you would not tell a friend, a work colleague, or even someone you've just met.
In your Profile Box you can include a real image of yourself, like a passport-style photo - but hopefully something a lot better! Or a representaive image, called an "Avatar" which will be shown alongside your Username. You can also do a few other things in your Profile Box, such as upload images, make and up-date connections, send invitations, and even check out and edit your classifieds. When you Login you will see a new menu appear to the left; this is your User Menu. Select "My Profile." From here you can start including information about yourself. You can upload your "Avatar" if you wish, and fill in "Additonal Info". You can also add images into your "Picture Gallery" which people can see.
