Does anyone know whats going on at the Lantern. We tried to order a takeaway the other night and the phone line was dead. Walked past the shop today and it looked empty.

I've noticed too. Sometimes there seems to be someone there, next time no-one. If the phone number is dead then either the number has been changed or they've gone the way of others...

I saw a notice on the door on Saturday night that said it was closed for a week or two (can't remember the exact dates). I presumed they were on holiday (half term / Chinese new year).

I do hope they have not closed down as I do rather enjoy the Mongolian Lamb!

Latest update on the Lantern is that it has closed.

Unless anyone knows otherwise.

Thats a real shame. Mind you I'm China Palace all the way & sadly (as I'm sure they do for a lot of people) know our order which is slightly disturbing!

Saw people who I recognise as Ark Property Centre from Pinchbeck & Holbeach looking over Briggs/Phoenix Furniture office yesterday.

Has the fishing shop closed or relocated? It looked rather empty today.
