Does anyone feel they have benefitted personally and directly from the space station and its work or is just space "junk" ?

Well actually I do.
If it wasn't for this amazing Space station we would most probably find ourselves bereft an orbiting existential work of art that when bathed in sunlight is reminiscent of the works of Caravaggio in his reflective period.

Actually I got a stiff neck too!

My point exactly !! Millions of dollars wasted and it has brought nothing but pain and misery to a high proportion of Crowlanders !!!!

I understand the Americans spent billions on developing a pen that would write in a weightless environment only to find the Russians already had one. They called it a pencil !!!

Possibly the best option under your circumstances Andy, but what about.....

Apprentice Crowlander
Resident Crowlander (after 120 years)
Ambitious Crowlander
Leading Crowlander
Champion Crowlander

Junior, Senior, Special and Committed all have that tinge of unintended consequence about them.....

Don't we all qualify for that category just by signing up ?

What happens to the "Apprentice Crowlander "? Do they have to move away if they don't make the grade ???
