One of my favourites used to be Des the Butcher's.

That shop and Capes Fruit 'n' Veg were allegedly going to be demolished for development into dwellings but I see they are currently up for sale.

Anyone know what is happening there now ???

The new $1,000,000 question is whether the market will recover /return once the building works have finished ?? Personally I think not !
