When you login, a special menu called "Your Menu" will appear to the left. Select "Send Invite". Here you can invite someone you know. You can send up to 5 invitations within any 24-hour period.
All you need to do is enter their name in the box provided; enter their email address; and if you want you can also include a persoanl message; then select "Send Invitation". You can check the status of your invitation, that is, whether they have accepted or declined your invitation, in the "Invitations" tab in "Your Profile". Please note, invitations can only be sent to people who are NOT already a member-user of the Crowland Links Community. If your invitation is not accepted within 30 days, then the entry in "Your Profile" will be deleted. You can't send invitations to the same person again while your first invitation is pending. You can only send the invitation again if the invitation has been deleted from your list - that is, 30 days after the first invitation was sent. If you want invitations deleting earlier than 30 days, email the site administrator making your request. |
