The Crowland Links website is provided as a free service to its users and to the community in general.
We do not disclose or distribute to third parties or otherwise email addresses, personal details or information about users or members. Crowland Links administrators do not have access to encrypted passwords of members - these remain hidden, private and confidential at all times. Crowland Links administrators do not send emails or other material which could be considered spam. However, we do like to keep our members notified of new features from time to time, or give advice to users if we feel they need, or have requested, assistance. Where we provide a newsletter subscription, members agreeing to receive such material will be emailed no more than once per month. We ask that users and members do not give out personal information other than detail they wish to be made public. Emails and private messages between members are provided as a service. We do not monitor such communications, therefore the use of such services is the responsibilty of users and members. We ask that any abusive, offensive or unwanted communications sent from and to users and members are reported to the site administrator immediately.
