A huge well done to everyone who PM'd me.
Most of you had all of the correct answers, so Well Done!
It just goes to show how many words you can make from a four letter word.
The internet is an amazing resource.

Here are all of the answers.

It’s not very nice(1) Vile :(
and it’s not at all good(2) Evil
One of more than half a dozen in its dance if you would(3)(dance of 7)Veil
It’s fourteen miles long and it’s very very wet(4) (river) Ivel :X
In Lapland you can ski there but not with Easyjet(5) Levi :gamer:
So watch your Turkish guardian(6) Veli (a turkish word for guardian) Veli
to make sure that he’s not dead(7) Live
And an easy final clue to eight answers in your head????

Clue: Component of branched-chain amino-acid aminotransferase (8) Eliv

But then again I am 6ft 3 and quite prepared to stand up to any one regardless of build etc.

Saying that I once watched a pub landlady of around 5ft and 50ish grab a young man bigger then me and physically kicked him out of the pub. Now she was scary!

The ISP crossed over Crowland this evening at about 21:15 to 21:20.

What I am seeing now is it getting less bright and disappearing quicker as it goes East even before (in perspective from my sight in Crowland) it goes over the Wash, although in real terms I would have thought it's probably well over Germany and heading for Turkey. Autumn draws near.

I hope you didn't take that comment too much to heart. One of the rules of a good forum is that people listen to each others points of views and opinions but don't get drawn into making personal attacks on each other. I'd say that's even more important in a forum where people live in close proximity and share some aspects of their lives (oops, wrote loves by mistake)! To my mind a forum like this is supposed to bring the community closer together so a little give and take is the order of the day.(too bad you 'took' the posts but you've shown you are sorry)

RF WORLD TAEKWONDO SCHOOL (CROWLAND)
THE BRITISH LEGION HALL
BROADWAY

FOUNDER AND CHIEF INSTRUCTOR : RICHARD FORTH 2ND DAN

Dear Student / Parent / Guardian,

Please note that from Thursday October 7th 2010, inclusive, we will be training at a different venue, however the days and times and fees will remain the same.

The new venue will still be in Crowland, and as I mentioned above I have been able to secure the same day and time (Thursdays 7pm to 9pm) so the disruption to your weekly plans should be absolutely minimal.

The new venue from October, will be

The Crowland G S Hall
(Formerly the crowland scout
and guides hall)
Snowden Fields
Thorney Road
Crowland

The GS Hall from the front.

The G S hall has been recently renovated and suits the size of our class much better. Although I really have enjoyed teaching in the British Legion Hall it is clear we do not yet have the numbers to support the costs for hiring the current venue on an on going basis.

I hope you understand that I consider that either increasing the fees or closure of the club is an absolute last resort and, we are still in the early days of the establishment of the club in Crowland, and as the club grows and expands in the future I will continue to review the situation to ensure we get the best value for money when hiring venues and that the venue accommodates the class size adequately. There are currently no plans to increase fees or to close the club.

I should note here that we continue to train and meet on Thursdays at the British Legion Hall throughout August and September.

Thank you for your continued support for the club and if you have any interested family or friends thinking of joining us please can you pass on this change of venue information to them prior to the first training session in the new venue which will be Thursday 7th October 2010.

A notice will appear shortly on the Legion notice board.

Kind Regards

7 days is a good idea, I might have a chance then! I very much doubt it but I do like the wrestling bit so I'm agreeable to that. I will try to resist googling for 7 days too.

Today I had 2 Lovebirds feeding at my birdfeeder station. They were feeding for ages, but drat... camera battery flat. By the time had some charge in battery, one had flown away but managed to take snap of one remaining.

Realise these would be impossible to catch, but if someone has lost these at least it might help to know they are alive and well and found a food source.
