Hi, is anyone interested in a Crowland-Peterborough-Crowland car share? It would be good to see if there is enough interest to warrant setting up an official scheme with council funding.

We should all be trying to reduce our carbon footprint and at a time where petrol prices are rising, it makes sense.

Hi karma, I think this is a really good idea. I understand that it could be quite easy to organise for those who go into PB regularly to work but i think it would be really helpful to have a scheme whereby even those who are just making a shopping trip or suchlike could offer a life or request one. i for one would be willing to offer lifts when I go out of the town to Pb, Spalding or Stamford. Maybe, if we know we are going to Pb we could register our trip online and people could check online to see if anyone is going their way that day/time. Anyway, I would be interested in your suggestion.
